Resources
Most equipment and food supplies in this book can be found locally. Many health food stores or home-brewing supply stores stock the equipment you will need to make cheese, ciders, and sodas. If you need an odd vegetable or spice, then try an ethnic grocery store. For example, if you want to use authentic Korean chili pepper powder, then try an Asian market. If you would like to find some Moroccan spice, then try a Middle Eastern or North African store.
But assuming you cannot find what you need locally, here are some good online resources.
