Herbal remedies work like magic to boost immunity and get sleep patterns back on track so you can avoid other issues that pop up after many days of planes, trains, and automobiles.
Goldenseal–Echinacea Immunity Infusion

TIME: 15 MINUTES
Goldenseal, echinacea, and ginger combine to boost immunity while helping your body recover from the exhaustion that often follows an international flight.
1 teaspoon dried goldenseal
1 teaspoon dried echinacea
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon honey
1¼ cups water
1.In a small saucepan, add the goldenseal, echinacea, ginger, and honey to the water. Bring to a boil.
2.Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.Strain into a mug, using the back of a spoon to press the liquid from the herbs before discarding them.
4.Drink 1 or 2 cups each morning for 3 days.
This treatment is also a good one for colds.
